Shipping and handling rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Most party supplies will leave our inventory in 3 days while some items may take up to 2 weeks for customizations. Please take into account for weekends and holidays and know that once your order has left our hands, we cannot control the trucks.
Currently, we are unable to ship outside of the continental United States.
In the unlikely event that an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email. We understand our products are time sensitive, therfore Divorce Party Store reserves the right to ship the remaining portion of your order and refund you the costs of the unavailable product.
Some items ship from different locations. You will recieve an email confirmation with notations of how many shipments to expect and when they are expected to arrive.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All orders are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Orders are processed daily and can be cancelled if the order has not gone into production. You must send your name and order number via email to divorcepartystore@gmail.com to cancel. You will then recieve a cancellation number in response.
Warranty Information:
Divorce Party Store implies no warranties unless supplied by the manufacturer. Divorce Party Store disclaims any liability from injury, loss, or damage from our items.

How can I track my order? You will receive an automatic email with tracking info once your order has been picked up.
What if I received a damaged item? We must know immediately if you have received the wrong item, a damaged item, or an order damaged in transit. Please send an email with item number, order number, and your name to divorcepartystore@gmail.com and you will receive directions on how to get the issue corrected.
What if I am missing an item? You must report a missing item within 3 days of receiving. This allows us time to find where the error occured and get the new product out before the shower date if we have accidentally forgotten it.
Please know that Divorce Party Store items may contain products not suitable for children. In addition, some items may contain small parts and be considered a choking hazard. Keep small parts away from children.
To our knowledge, no products contain nuts but please use caution and read all necessary food labels.
Divorce Party Store highly encourages green practices. Whenever possible all paper products will be reused. This company will also send reciepts electronically unless requested by purchaser.
